How can we support you or your loved one who is challenged, sick and/or homebound?
In many different ways our priests and Home Ministry team are able to visit parishioners in their home, hospital, or assisted-living facility. In addition, members of our Home Ministry team visit and bring the Eucharist and pray with you. We call homebound parishioners and send them greeting cards several times a year. We also pray for them in several ways including: prayers of the faithful at Mass and prayers for the sick.

Dear Jesus, Please give the homebound Your comfort, Your peace... and healing if it is Thy will. Please give all caregivers insight, understanding, patience, wisdom, compassion and forgiveness. Amen. |
Saint Brigid along with the Diocese of San Diego is in partnership with the California Catholic Conference (CCC) and the Alliance of the Catholic Health Care to respond to the crisis in end-of-life care. Mary Pat Warner is our parish lead.
